Locate Customers

  • Go to ECOMMERCE > Store Management

  • Go to Customers.

Manage Customers

  • Add a New Customer: Use this button to add a new customer.
  • Delete: Delete an individual customer or use checkbox to delete multiple at once.
  • Order ID: Displays customer's unique ID.
  • Username: Displays customer's username.
  • First Name: Displays customer's first name.
  • Last Name: Displays customer's last name.
  • Email: Displays customer's email address.

Add a New Customer


  • Fill out required billing details: username, password, first name, last name, address, city, zip code, and email.
  • Fill out optional billing details, if necessary: company, state, country, phone, register date, and merchant notes.
  • Use billing address as shipping address: Toggle Yes to use filled out billing address as shipping address.
